Starters
Our Antipasti, or starters, include a variety of traditional Italian
dishes such as Prosciutto e Melone ( Parma Ham and Melon ), Caprese
Salad, Minestrone ( Chopped Vegetable Soup ) and Caesar Salad.
Other favourites on our menu include Gamberi Del Ghiottone ( Prawns
cooked in Garlic and Chilli ) and Fagottini di Melanzane ( Aubergine
baked with Cheddar, Tomatoes and Basil ).
Main Courses
These include a delicious range of Pizza, Fish, Meat and Pasta dishes
to suit all tastes.
Our Pasta dishes include Pennette Saporita ( Pasta with Prawns and Mushroom in a tomato sauce with a hint of
cream ), Ravioli ( Freshly homemade pasta stuffed with Smoked Salmon and Ricotta Cheese in a creamy Salmon sauce )
and a wide variety of other dishes using only the best pasta, herbs and sauces.
Our Meat and Fish dishes include Merluzzo Nuovi Sapori ( Fresh Fillets of Cod in a special cream and pepper sauce with a
hint of garlic ) and Delizie di Salmone al Finocchio ( Fresh Salmon in a Dill sauce ), Bistecca Manzo alla Diana ( Sirloin
steak served in a mushroom sauce ) and the very popular Saltimbocca alla Romana ( Veal with Parma Ham, cooked in a white wine sauce and sage ).
Borzalino carries a full wine licence as well as a range of bottled
